Smart an acronym for "Swatch Mercedes ART"

Back in April of 2009 We bought a Smart Car, a Smart fortwo.  My truck, I've had for 20 years, and figured It's time for a new car.   I kept seeing these Smart Cars in Europe and I wanted one in the worst way.  They have now become available in California, and now I am the proud owner of one.  We have also kept the old truck and have become a two car family.

We were in Santorini last summer (2009) and ran across a Smart forfour shown below.  I don't think they are available in the US as yet at least not in California.  Maybe Canada.

And then another area in Santorini we ran across the Sport model (shown below) which we had no idea even existed.
