Illustrated Sheet Music Covers
Although sheet music artists have little to do
with my Paull pages, I think they are interesting, so I have put together a
little montage of some of the signatures. I'm sure there is many more out
there. This is just a sampling of what I have in my collection and I have
not gone through all of my stuff as yet. Some of the signatures will be in
there twice, mainly because they were so different, like DeTakacs and Andre' C.
DeTakacs. A staff artist employed by the lithograph company probably did
the Hoen Paull covers. I really have no idea, I’m just guessing.
At any rate, there are no signatures on any of the Hoen Paull pieces that I have
found. Maybe Mr. Hoen did the artwork?
